La nación construirá la carretera comprendida entre el municipio de Salamina y el Municipio de Marulanda pasando por el corregimiento de San Félix en el departamento de caldas. El gobierno facultado para contratar con el departamento de caldas la vía de que este artículo, comprometiendo las apropiaciones presupuestales que sean necesarias para el cumplimiento del contrato o contratos que para este efecto celebre.
