Artículo tercero. El Consejo Superior, a propuesta del Rector y previo estudio y concepto del Comité de Personal Docente determinará el número total de puntos que corresponda a cada docente, dentro de los parámetros establecidos en el presente Decreto y lo dispuesto en el Decreto-ley 112 de 1991.
