Articulo 70 . Del caviar prensado . Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por caviar prensado (pauloresnaria presskaviar), al que presenta aspecto de masa compacta, aceitosa, de color gris oscuro o negro. No debe contener más del treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) de agua ni menos del treinta y tres (33%) de materia nitrogenadas. No debe contener aceite o gónadas de otros peses.
