En el caso de que el Ministerio de Educación lo considerare conveniente, podrá exigir a los propietarios de los objetos arqueológicos a que se refiere este Decreto que presenten la garantía que estime necesaria para evitar que dichos objetos sean sacados del país sin el correspondiente permiso. Comuníquese y publíquese.
