Obligaciones especiales. Además de las obligaciones de carácter general de que trata el artículo 50 de este decreto, los usuarios del régimen de perfeccionamiento activo deberán: Presentar periódicamente a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, en los términos y condiciones que esta determine, el cuadro insumo-producto de que trata el artículo 255 de este decreto, cuando se trate de admisión temporal para transformación, elaboración, manufactura y procesamiento; Poner a disposición o entregar a la autoridad aduanera la mercancía que esta ordene.
