ARTICULO 2.4.2.2.7 .- CONSIGNACION DE MULTAS. Las multas que a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley impongan as autoridades jurisdiccionales, con base en el Código Penal, el Código de Procedimiento Penal, el Código de Procedimiento Civil o las disposiciones que los complementan, serán canceladas a órdenes del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia en las oficinas del Banco Popular, y en los lugares donde no exista éste, en las oficinas de la Caja Agraria del respectivo municipio, dentro del plazo fijado por un juez o funcionario! dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la respectiva providencia.
