Artículo único. Las pensiones concedidas por la Ley 35 de 1904 (15 de Noviembre), á saber;

Cien pesos ($ 100) en oro mensuales á la Sra. Doña Aureliana Ferrer de Pinzón, divisibles por partes iguales entre dicha Señora y sus hijos, y cien pesos ($ 100) en oro mensuales á la Sra. Doña Susana Madriñán de Albán, no quedan comprendidas en las restricciones de la Ley 37 de 1904 (19 de Noviembre), la cual queda así reformada.
