El magistrado instalará la audiencia de juzgamiento, una vez verificada la comparecencia de todos los sujetos procesales e intervinientes especiales, y procederá a dar inicio formal al juicio, de acuerdo a lo establecido en la Ley 906 de 2004 . El magistrado interrogará al acusado sobre si acepta o no responsabilidad.
