ARTICULO 62 . TRANSITORIO. CONTRATOS PERFECCIONADOS.- Los contratos que hayan sido perfeccionados con cargo al presupuesto del Fondo Vial Nacional, y que correspondan al objetivo y funciones del Instituto Nacional de Vías, se seguirán ejecutando con relación a este Instituto, hasta el vencimiento de los mismos. Los demás contratos que hayan sido perfeccionados con cargo al presupuesto del Fondo Vial Nacional, pero que no correspondan al objetivo y funciones del Instituto Nacional de Vías, se seguirán ejecutando con relación al Ministerio de Transporte, hasta el vencimiento
