Los bienes que mediante este Decreto se eximen total o parcialmente del pago de impuestos de aduana y/o impuesto sobre las ventas, sólo podrán destinarse al uso o consumo en el territorio nacional por fuera de la región para la cual se otorgó la exoneración, previo el pago de todos los derechos no cancelados, conforme a las normas vigentes sobre la materia.
