Cuando al cierre de la correspondiente vigencia anual, se determine que una caja de compensación familiar ha entregado al menos el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de los subsidios asignados en ese período, se podrá autorizar para la siguiente vigencia anual, el incremento del porcentaje de que trata el artículo anterior al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la proyección del Fondo para Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda.
