LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.9.2.3. Gastos de estratificación. Cuando en el presupuesto del departamento no exista rubro presupuestal o este sea insuficiente para atender los gastos que demande el proceso de estratificación de un municipio o distrito en las causales de renuencia descritas en el artículo 2.2.9.2.1 de este decreto, el gobernador deberá adelantar el procedimiento contemplado en el artículo 101.11 de la Ley 142 de 1994.
