De las tres cuartas partes del producto del pontazgo cedido al Municipio de Girardot, para su saneamiento y salubridad, por la Ley 48 de 1909 , corresponderá la tercera parte al Hospital de Caridad de aquella ciudad mientras este establecimiento de beneficencia esté dirigido por las Hermanas de la Caridad.
