Todo aquel que ocultare, sustrajere, retuviere o destruyere indebidamente libro o libros oficiales de elecciones, o cualquiera otro documento público en este ramo, sufrirá de unos a dos años de presidio, fuera de las demás penas que el hecho tuviere señaladas; y si fuere empleado público, la pena se aumentará en un veinte porciento.
