Art. 117. Los empleados de manejo á quienes se hayan deducido alcances definitivos que igualen o excedan á las cantidades de sus fianzas, serán requeridos para otorgar otras nuevas; y si dentro de un mes de hecho el requerimiento no las hubieren otorgado, se declarará vacante el empleo.
