º Señálase la cantidad de treinta pesos ($ 30) mensuales como pensión alimenticia de cada uno de los alumnos becados. Los postulantes a las becas deberán comprobar previamente tener de diez a veinticinco años de edad, ser de buena salud, buena conducta, y poseer conocimientos preliminares en Lectura, Caligrafía, Geografía universal y de Colombia, Ortografía y Física, a juicio del Jurado Calificador que oportunamente se nombrará.
