ARTICULO 7o Oportunidad para decretarlas causales de invalidez. Las causales de invalidez podrán decretarse en cualquier estado del proceso por el funcionario investigador o el jefe de la unidad investigadora. Cuando el jefe de la Oficina de Control Interno, la comisión de personal o el nominador advirtieren la existencia de alguna de las causales previstas devolverá el expediente a la unidad investigadora para que ésta decrete la invalidez y subsane la actuación.
