El artículo 2° del Decreto 129 de 1977, quedará así: " Artículo 2° La exportación de café se hará únicamente por los siguientes puertos: En el Litoral Atlántico, por Barranquilla, Cartagena y Santa Marta; en el Litoral Pacífico, por Buenaventura; en el interior del país por vía aérea, por los Distritos Aduaneros de Bogotá, Pereira, Cali y Medellín, a través de los Aeropuertos Internacionales de Eldorado, Matecaña, Palmaseca y Olaya Herrera, respectivamente. Este último se sustituirá por el Aeropuerto Internacional "José María Córdoba" de Rionegro, tan pronto entre en operaciones oficiales".
