ARTICULO 1o . CESE DE PARTICIPACION. - De conformidad con las normas estatutarias y legales correspondientes, la Nación - Ministerio de Agricultura, el Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario - IDEMA, la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero y el Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA, dejarán de participar en la Empresa de Comercialización de Productos Perecederos -EMCOPER S.A., dentro de un plazo no mayor de un (1) año contado a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto.
