Artículo segundo Las personas que desempeñan los cargos cuyas clases y grados ocupacionales e varían por el presente Decreto, serán incorporados a los mismos empleos, y para efecto de su posesión sólo se requerirá la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre nacional por el mayor valor.
