Art 5° El deber que el artículo anterior impone al Resguardo de Bahía Honda, es extensivo al Capitán del Guardacosta, y si este le fuere posible apresar a los buques mencionados, manifestara a los Capitanes de dichos buques que ha sido violada la ley y dará de ello aviso oportuno al Administrador-tesorero de la Aduana para lo de su resorte.
