° Los trabajadores organizados podrán solicitar al Gobierno Nacional que las prestaciones a que se refiere el presente Decreto sean cubiertas por las cajas de compensación creadas con ese fin o por otras entidades de carácter patronal u obrero que cumplan satisfactoriamente la misma función.
