Definición de patrimonio técnico . Para efectos de la aplicación de lo previsto en este Decreto, se considerará como patrimonio técnico el definido como tal para el cumplimiento de las normas sobre niveles adecuados de patrimonio. Además, el patrimonio técnico será el calculado con base en el último balance mensual que se haya transmitido a la Superintendencia Bancaria. En el evento de que no se produzca la transmisión oportunamente y la información contable disponible por la entidad indica que el patrimonio técnico inferior al último transmitido a la Superintendencia Bancaria, deberá tomarse en cuenta para este Decreto dicha, información contable.
