Formación. El Defensor del Consumidor Financiero deberá ser abogado titulado con formación en conciliación extrajudicial en derecho o Mecanismos Alternativos de Solución de Conflictos de acuerdo a lo establecido en la Sección 8 del Capítulo 2 del Título 4 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1069 de 2015 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya, impartida por una entidad avalada por el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
