° Las sumas destinadas para amortizar los billetes que emitió el Sr. Gobernador del Departamento de Bolívar durante la guerra de 1895, desde la fecha del presente decreto, se remitirán mensualmente á la Tesorería general de la República por la Administración departamental de Hacienda nacional de Bolívar.
