Para la cumplida ejecución de la presente Ley, destinase la suma de trescientos mil pesos ($300.000) que serán incluidos en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. El Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos correspondientes, en el caso de que esta partida no sea incluida en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.
