Facultades. Con fundamento en los criterios y requisitos establecidos en el presente Titulo, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, previo concepto de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, podrá autorizar la ampliación o la reducción de las áreas geográficas declaradas como Zona Franca, dentro de los limites que establece este decreto. Dicho concepto deberá ser emitido dentro del plazo establecido en el artículo 7º.
