Cupo para exportaciones. El cupo autorizado para las exportaciones de sustancias agotadoras de la capa de ozono correspondiente al conjunto de los compuestos químicos a que hace referencia el artículo anterior, será otorgado por la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA) o la entidad que haga sus veces, para cada tipo de sustancia, teniendo en cuenta los datos de la línea base de consumo del país y el cronograma de reducción y eliminación del Protocolo de Montreal.
