Artículo segundo. Modificase el inciso b) del numeral 2º, del artículo 2º del Decreto número 1276 de 1961, en el sentido de que la partida de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) destinada para el Instituto "San Pablo" de Istmina, será invertida así

Para compra de un laboratorio, treinta mil pesos ($30.000.00);

Para dotación y sostenimiento, setenta mil pesos ($70.000.00).
