Las Unidades Inmobiliarias Cerradas dispondrán de vías de acceso vehicular y áreas de circulación peatonal para acceder a los inmuebles, con la debida iluminación y señalización. Las áreas de circulación interna y común de los edificios deberán cumplir normas higiénicas, de aseo y ventilación.
