Dentro de los nueve (9) meses siguientes a la sanción de la presente Ley, el Gobierno Nacional procederá, a través de un organismo técnico especializado, a verificar el estudio de planeación y desarrollo del Departamento del Choco, a fin de recomendar especialmente las obras más urgentes por desarrollar y el orden de prelación de las mismas, para un plazo de diez (10) a\os.
