Art. 18. En las fracciones, caceríos ó agregaciones en que no haya autoridad política ni recaudador local, y cuya distancia á la cabecera del distrito sea considerable, en términos que los abastecedores de carnes no puedan ir diariamente á obtener la respectiva licencia, podrá otorgarse ésta semanalmente siempre que se tomen las precauciones necesarias para impedir el fraude y el que se dé al consumo ganado que no esté sano.
