Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2° del Decreto 1717 de 2002 quedará así: “

Serán aplicables a la liquidación de la Fiduciaria del Estado S.A., Fiduestado en Liquidación adicionalmente, en lo pertinente, las disposiciones sobre liquidación de entidades financieras, en especial, el

del artículo 96, incisos segundo y tercero del numeral 2 del artículo 293, inciso primero del numeral 3° y numerales 2, 9 y 10 del artículo 295, el artículo 299, numerales 1, 2, 6, 7, 9 y 10 del artículo 301 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero. Del Decreto 2211 de 2004, se aplicarán a su vez las siguientes disposiciones: Artículos 20, 22, 28

Parágrafo

s 1° y 2° del artículo 29, artículos 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45, 46, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 60 y 63, así como las normas que los modifiquen o adicionen”.
