Art. 154. Corresponde a la Sección de Cuentas el examen y fenecimiento en primera instancia de las cuentas mensuales que deben rendir los Administradores particulares de Aduanas, Salinas Administradores seccionales y demás Administradores de las rentas enumeradas en los artículos 5° y 6° de esta Ley, y de todo individuo particular que por cualquier motivo recaude ó maneje fondos de la Nación.
