Art. 27.° Los Diputados principales y sus suplentes serán elegidos por la municipalidades del respectivo Departamento electoral, conforme á la regla consignada en la artículo 33 y dejarán constancia de dicha elección en una acta, que será firmada por el Presidente y demás miembros de la Corporación, y autorizadas por el respectivo Secretario.
