DEFENSOR PRINCIPAL Y DEFENSOR SUPLENTE. Todo procesado tiene derecho a nombrar un defensor principal y éste a designar un suplente bajo su responsabilidad, quienes se posesionarán y a partir de ese momento podrán intervenir dentro del proceso, sin ninguna otra formalidad.
