Exámenes de Habilitación. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que en cursos o exámenes de capacitación para ascenso perdieren uno o dos materias, tendrán derecho a habilitar por una sola vez la materia o las materias perdidas cuya nota será definitiva para la aprobación o pérdida del curso.

Parágrafo

El derecho que se consagra en este Artículo no regirá para el curso de Estado Mayor.
