Art. 2.° El cuerpo de Profesores de cada escuela unidos al Director de Instrucción pública o quien haga sus veces, distribuirán las clases que el Director, Subdirector i Catedráticos de la Escuela deben rejentar, teniendo en cuenta lo establecido en este decreto, i la más espedita i cómoda distribución del tiempo.
