Art. 48. Corresponden á esta Sección los siguientes negocios: 1º. La Agricultura nacional y fomento de las industrias agrícolas; 2º. Las minas; 3º. La navegación fluvial y marítima; 4º. La Higiene; 5º. Alumbrado, aseo y vigilancia de Bogotá; 6º. Exposiciones nacionales ó extranjeras. El Jefe de la Sección distribuirá estos asuntos en los ramos que juzgue conveniente.
