ARTICULO 394 . Contenido de las actas . En las actas de conminación y de caución juratoria o prendaria se consignarán las obligaciones que debe cumplir el sindicado. El funcionario judicial determinará dichas obligaciones y su duración de acuerdo con la naturaleza del hecho punible y dejará constancia de las consecuencias legales de su incumplimiento.
