Denominación y naturaleza jurídica. La cuenta especial creada por el artículo 20 de la Ley 985 de 2005 se denominará “Fondo Nacional para la Lucha contra la Trata de Personas”, y funcionará sin personería jurídica y como un sistema separado de cuenta a cargo del Ministerio del Interior.
