Duración . La duración de la incapacidad por enfermedad y riesgos laborales y de la licencia de maternidad o paternidad, será por el término que se determine en el certificado médico de incapacidad, o por el fijado directamente por la ley especial aplicable, sin que dicho plazo pueda ser aumentado o disminuido por el servidor o por el empleador.
