º. Dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de publicación del presente decreto las empresas del sector eléctrico a que hacen referencia el artículo 2º de este decreto deberán suscribir con la Nación-Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el "Acuerdo de Pago" correspondiente.
