Adopción de la Planta de Personal.- El Gobierno establecerá la Planta de Personal del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto. Dicha Planta de Personal entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de la fecha de publicación del Decreto que la adopte.

Paragraph (parágrafo)

PARAGRAFO. Los funcionarios de la Planta actual del Departamento continuarán ejerciendo las atribuciones a ellos asignadas, hasta tanto se expida la nueva Planta de Personal acorde con la estructura que se establece en el presente Decreto.
