Del producto de la pesca ahumado . Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por producto de la pesca ahumado el que después de eviscerado, salado y desecado total o parcialmente, es sometido a la acción de humo. En el producto terminado se admiten hasta doscientas (200) partes por millón de aldehido fórmico libre o combinado en el producto terminado.
