Cuando las partes hayan de hacer uso, para pruebas, de instrumentos públicos que no hayan presentado o podido presentar con la demanda, o con la contestación de ella, podrán pedir al Juez que se libre despacho al funcionario correspondiente para que a costa del interesado y la envíe por conducto del respectivo Registrador de instrumentos públicos, si fuere el caso de que se inserte nota de registro.
