º. Cuando en una actuación disciplinaria deba investigarse una misma conducta atribuible a empleados sometidos a diversas competencias, el Procurador de menor jerarquía, podrá adelantar indagación preliminar y averiguación disciplinaria hasta el momento previo al pliego de cargos o decisión de archivo. En el caso a que se refiere este artículo, el Procurador respectivo, remitirá en dicho momento, copia auténtica de las diligencias al Delegado competente, con informe evaluativo.
