ARTICULO 1o . Las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado, Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom, Instituto Colombiano de Energía Eléctrica, ICEL, Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica, Corelca, se sujetarán al cumplimiento de las normas establecidas en el Estatuto Orgánico del Presupuesto, en el Decreto 2194 de 1992 y demás normas legales sobre la materia.
