Traslado de pruebas . Las pruebas practicadas conforme a este procedimiento, dentro de la investigación, podrán trasladarse a otro proceso en copia auténtica y deberán ser apreciadas sin mas formalidades por el juez de conocimiento, siempre que se hubieren practicado a petición de la parte contra quien se aducen o con audiencia de ella o por haber sido esta parte vinculada a la investigación. En los casos en que resulten hechos que deban ser investigados por jurisdicción penal se compulsará copia de lo actuado al Juzgado de Reparto correspondiente.
