º Los ministerios, departamentos administrativos, superintendencias, unidades administrativas especiales, establecimientos públicos, empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado y sociedades de economía mixta del orden nacional ante las cuales deban tramitarse asuntos propios de su competencia, deberán exigir a los interesados únicamente el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la Constitución Política, leyes, decretos, reglamentos y resoluciones internas.
